These terms govern locksmith services provided by BTN Locksmith. By booking or requesting work, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotes and pricing
We provide a quote before work begins. Final charges reflect agreed labour, attendance, and any parts fitted or approved on site. If the scope changes, we will explain revised costs before continuing.
2. Call-out and emergency services
Response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, access, and demand. We prioritise safety and non-destructive entry where possible, but some jobs may require replacement hardware.
3. Customer authorisation
You confirm that you are authorised to request access or lock changes at the property. We may request proof of occupancy or authority before proceeding.
4. Payments
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may result in recovery action where permitted by law.
5. Parts and warranty
Where stated, parts and labour are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, third-party interference, or pre-existing door/frame issues unrelated to our work.
6. Cancellations
If you cancel after dispatch, a reasonable attendance or cancellation charge may apply. Please notify us as early as possible to avoid unnecessary costs.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to legal limits, our liability is limited to the value of the service supplied.
